Jeff Shen, VP and General Manager of Red Team, will be attending and speaking at the World Congress event in Dallas July 26 – 29. Jeff will be co-presenting with Omar Saeb, who works as a Senior Business Management Specialist with the GSA Alliant GWAC Program Office. Their presentation topic is “Session F04 – Effective Pre-Solicitation Communication for Government and Industry”, and it is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28 from 4:00pm-5:15pm.

World Congress continues to grow each year. It is considered the must-attend training event of the year for contract management, procurement, and acquisition professionals. World Congress consistently brings in noteworthy keynote speakers, hot-topic executive panel discussions, and breakout sessions from leaders in the field.
