# 2016 Red Team Chili Cook-off!

We love food and family here at Red Team. On Sunday, October 16, our staff and their family members gathered at Carole’s house for Red Team’s annual chili cook-off. It was quite a packed house, with over 20 adults and children, and two dogs. There were seven chili entries showcasing a range of secret ingredients from soy sauce to chocolate. It was a close race, but Jeff’s chili took first place. Second place went to Carole, and Marianne stole the third place slot. Of course, we love food so much that we added a dessert competition. Out of the five dessert’s submitted, Marianne’s churros and sopapilla stole the show winning both first and second place. Much to his disappointment, Stephen’s chocolate cherry cheesecake bites came in third, but he plans to come back stronger than ever next year!
