Berenzweig Leonard is a client-focused business law firm whose deep familiarity with employment and labor law, business litigation, government contracts, and high-level transactional work make it ideally suited to effectively serve specialized industries such as government contracts. Your company dedicated significant time and resources to developing a proposal and has just been notified of the government’s award decision. Whether your company received the contract or not, it is important to obtain any required debriefing and consider whether to file a bid protest or participate as an intervenor in a protest of the award.
