Welcome to our Client Spotlight with [Hard Light Consulting Group (HLCG)](http://hardlightconsulting.com/), one of Red Team’s long-standing clients. HLCG is a minority-owned HUBZone Certified small disadvantaged business (SDB) headquartered in the Washington, DC area. HLCG has earned a strong reputation for understanding the critical needs of their commercial and government clients, and provides the services they need to meet their mission. Since their founding, HLCG has served on a wide variety of infrastructure, information technology, communications and construction projects for several Federal and commercial customers.

We sat down with **Don Smith**, President of HLCG, and asked him a few questions about what makes HLCG a successful company.
