The opportunity to meet new people and learn new things.

Understanding both the proposal requirements and the client capabilities to ensure you can write a compelling response.

##### Any tips for writing a winning proposal?

Understanding not to oversell capabilities, while presenting a compelling demonstration of your solution.

##### Biggest proposal pet peeve?

When capture teams develop a solution that does not reflect a general understanding of the requirements.

##### Where was your last vacation and what was the highlight of the trip?

My last real vacation was a trip back to Los Angeles, spending my days walking the various trails in Griffith Park with a dear friend.

##### Do you have any hidden talents?

I have been a musician for many years.

##### If you could meet anyone in the world (dead or alive) who would it be and why?

My paternal grandfather. He died when my father was a child, but I would love to hear, in his words, why he decided to leave the old country, and start a new life for our family in the US.
