# Red Team Consulting Announces Leadership Transition

ASHBURN, Va., January 5, 2026 – Red Team Consulting (Red Team) announced a planned leadership transition that reflects the firm’s continued growth and leadership depth.

Effective January 1, 2026, [Jeff Shen](https://redteamconsulting.com/team/bio/jeff-shen/) joined [Carole Stoebe](https://redteamconsulting.com/team/bio/carole-stoebe/) in the role of Executive Chair. In this role, he will remain engaged in strategic direction, industry leadership, and key client and partner relationships. At the same time, [Blake Harvey](https://redteamconsulting.com/team/bio/blake-harvey/) was promoted to President, assuming responsibility for day-to-day leadership, execution, and delivery across the firm.

“This transition reflects the scale and maturity of Red Team today,” said Shen. “Blake is a proven leader who understands our clients, our people, and what it takes to execute at a high level. I’m excited to support Red Team’s continued growth in my role as Executive Chair.”

“Red Team has built a strong foundation over many years,” said Harvey. “I’m honored to step into the President role and excited to continue delivering meaningful results for our clients alongside an exceptional team.”

Jeff Shen remains actively involved in the firm, and this change formalizes leadership roles that ensure continuity, clarity, and focus as Red Team continues to support government contractors in a changing market.
